The Unseen Things.

Faith, Thoughts, Visions and Dreams and Words. Teaching By: Dr. D.Y Cho: Church Growth International Korea. Practical theology: the theology of Hope.

Now, Faith is the substance of things hoped for, [AND] the evidence of things not see. By it the elders obtained a good testimony. By faith we know that the worlds were framed by the word of God so that the things that are seen were not made with things which are visible. Hebrews 11:1-3
And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams; Acts 2:17

Thinking: [The thoughts of God] Thoughts are made into words: The Bible is Gods thought put into words, as part of things not seen. God is not known by by feeling or emotions but through thoughts. It is agreeing with the word of God.

Visions and Dreams: [God’s vision and dreams] Seeing the end result: Visions  and dreams produce an equivalent faith. Faith in proportions to your vision and dreams. Vague prayer avails nothing, it is a prayer of words, without a corresponding faith vision. Prayer must be  made with a clear vision. 

• God meets you were you are [what you see] .. God can not corporate with you to bring to pass, what you don’t envision. [If you need healing you have to see yourself healed.]

Faith: [God’s faith] God meets you at your faith level. Faith is not a substance of the natural world, it is not of sense or emotions. It is the invisible things as thoughts and words are.“it is not I will do for you, but let it be done to you according to your faith” 

Faith as hovering over your chaotic world, and you create your world. What you believe is going to happen to your circumstance. [Bill W: “For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me. Job 3:25]

Faith is the substance it is reality, faith is already the answer. God has given you faith, by your faith attract your circumstance. You need to put your faith to work and Visions and dreams enable you to do just that.

“if you say and do not doubt in your heart, or believes in his heart the things he says will come to pass”

Faith is a magnet pulling all things to you. What you don’t envision you do not attract. Without vision and dreams you have no need of faith. If you are living on what you see touch hear and smell, then faith avails you nothing, you make no use of it. Faith is a means by which you draw on the things hoped for. What you can’t not apprehend by your sense, you desire and you see them fulfilled in your vision and dreams and then you believe. Believing is the real treasure. 

Believing and Doubt: believe and doubt come together. Faith is choosing to believe over doubt. It is a matter of choice. Determine to choose faith and keep it in your heart. 

Your Language [Mouth Confession]: [Your word is a seed for your future] [God’s language] Words are expressed by sound. God is word, Jesus is the word of God. By speaking God created the universe. We are made in the image of God, so we need to speak in keeping with God’s word and positively. God is in the word and so does is the devil. You need to speak and cast out the devil.

• Canvas of your mind [heart]; the image of yourself as a blessed of God, the righteousness of God, the loved and favoured of God.  

Active prayers. [Task Prayer] What are you seeking to appropriate by faith. In what way are you making faith work? What are you actively participating with God to bring to pass? What is it in our lives that require faith or do we simply live passive lives until some disaster befalls us then scramble to make faith work. 

Active prayer: is not just words spoken passively as a shot in the dark. Active prayer is combined with [visions and dreams] it is actively participating reaching out to God with what He has already given us made available [The Word of God, Vision and Dreams, Faith and Speech].

Faith Through Vision and Dreams: The woman with issue of blood: she said within her hearts if I could only touch His garments I will be made well. She has heard Jesus is a healer and she has believed it. So when she approached Him she had a sure image of being made well and healthy [a substance of things hoped for] and only need to take steps to make her faith work. For her, it was a matter of stepping out to touch His Garments to receive her healing. And God met her according to her faith. She was the first one to reach out and draw her healing from Jesus through her faith.

• Renewed Mind [according to the will of God]: We also have the word of God that heals: Jesus has taken our infirmities and by His strips we are healed.
• Vision and Dreams [Seeing the end result]: we need to hold up the image of ourselves healed and well and not present ourselves with image of a poor and sickly person where God is not able to meet us. Our vision is the seed, growing clearer and stronger, building faith in us. Visions and dreams make you, it is a means the Holy Spirit uses to lead and guide you. 
• Faith [is a choice to believe and persevere, it is not emotion nor any feeling but deciding to accept The word of God]: Prayer of Faith: then pray a prayer with that vision firmly set in our hearts, working with the Holy Spirit giving Him a means to work with us to bring the desired result. Vision enables us a means by which we can reach out to touch His garments by faith. This is the spiritual battle ground where we conquer the devil and to make manifest what we desire.  
• Language: Speak according to faith: in keeping to the word of God and our vision. Speak bold and out loud according to the word of God.
