The purpose of this study is to address a simple misinterpretation that is related to the Hebrew word “Elohim,” which is normally translated as God. However, in some instances this word is also used to refer to heavenly beings. So, in some cases we are required to use the context of the passage to determine the intended meaning, and it is one such incident which we will address in this study.
